Terms and ConditionsAll items are original uncoloured copper-engravings unless stated, published at or around the date specified. We do not sell reproductions."Original colour" means that the print was coloured by hand at the time of publication; "old" or "contemporary" colour is early but probably not original; "coloured" means the item was coloured any time in the last hundred years. Measurements are to the platemark unless stated, height by width. Each item is in good condition unless notes to the contrary. Care has been taken to itemise flaws: often this leads to the defects being over-stated. However if a buyer is dissatisfied for any reason he may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price, provided it is returned to us by the method it was shipped within seven days at the expense of the buyer, properly wrapped and insured by the customer to the full value. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Orders can be made by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter, and will be dealt with in strict order of receipt. Payment must be made in £ sterling, either on a personal cheque or banker's draft, or by Visa or Mastercard. Credit card transactions for items offered in our on-line catalogue are treated as mail orders. Shipment will be at the customer's expense. All inland mail orders will be sent by registered mail. Overseas orders will be send by Federal Express unless the order total is less than £250, in which case registered air mail will be used. All items that are shipped to our customers are automatically insured to the full value by us. Please note that under the "Money Laundering Regulations
2003" we can only accept cash payment up to a limit of GBP 10,000
